Designing furniture from a futurist approach, looking for efficient and elegant structural solutions to provide the spaces with a formal unity, was a constant in the designs during the 20th century. Many of these innovative ideas are still in fashion. A vibrant era of the furniture design thanks to the emergence of iconic pieces such as the Tulip table. Its design with a pedestal leg meant a functional solution among the legs of the chairs and the table bases.
