All the gourmet audience will meet at Feria Valencia on November 11,12 and 13 in Gastrónoma. Without a doubt, the largest event of gastronomy in the Valencian Community to experience and enjoy its different tastings and workshops.

Much more than a fair, Gastrónoma is a true open forum that has more than 220 exhibitors, all manufacturers, distributors, and artisans in the sector who will be able to meet the expectations of the many restaurateurs, hoteliers, and chefs in search of new ideas.

Year after year, Gastrónoma grows and reinvents itself. This year, its contents will focus on attracting the professional audience being more international and with greater involvement of the cooks.

Gastrónoma is a sensational venue with 12 gastronomic spaces to discover. 10,000m2 of pure culinary creativity driven by the presence of 40 great Michelin-starred chefs. And so, they can take a truce, an outstanding chef point.

Designed by Francisco Segarra, the chef point is a resting place to prepare presentations and for chefs to comment on and share new ideas. A backstage carefully decorated to tuck in the great cooks and their families.
