The renovated terrace of La Fira, a place to relax on a shopping day.

With more than ten years of experience dedicated to the world of interior design and commercial decoration, at Francisco Segarra we know that every project implies in some way a logic that is enveloped by the magical language used by design professionals.

Shopping malls are large projects, as their logic is to host many shops and are designed to attract as many users as possible. But if you like to visit malls, you know that they are more than just places to buy…

La Fira Centre Comercial. Relax and enjoy its outdoor terrace.

In Reus, a modernist and active city, we find the La Fira shopping mall, a meeting point for those who love to go shopping and for those looking for a place of entertainment.

Adapting to new circumstances and being aware of the importance of having outdoor areas, La Fira Centre Comercial has recently opened its renovated outdoor terrace.

To carry out this new project, the main objective of the Banus Arquitectura studio was to optimize the comfort of users. The result has been an attractive terrace where customers can have their drinks outdoors while enjoy a variety of musical performances.

Six large pergolas cover much of the area that is limited with the projection of a large, curved planter, which becomes the source of freshness and greenness of this outdoor terrace.

With a very careful devised lighting it is achieved to enhance the heterogeneous environment typical of large commercial areas while consolidating the feeling of comfort to round off this unbeatable terrace project.

FS Temple, a warm touch that will captivate you.

The space gets that warm, friendly touch, suitable for all audiences, with a new porcelain stoneware flooring. FS TEMPLE by Francisco Segarra stands out for the delicacy of the stroke, the transparency of the colour and the play between pigment and water. Its handcrafted-looking graphic and beautiful watercolour effect result in a captivating floor…

To enhance the features of this vintage-style stoneware floor, the pieces pair with a ceramic wood imitation tile. A new decorative phase in which the floors are combined in a way that accentuates the contrast, but the pieces fit as if the fate had joined them.

We invite you to discover in our “Projects” section the latest trends in terrace design and commercial interior design.
