The pavilion 5 of Feria Valencia has been filled with thousands of flavours for three unforgettable days. Gastrónoma made a big qualitative leap and captivated 17,000 visitors with its commercial offering and multiple activities.

The contest is an excellent showcase of the Horeca sector that continues to grow at high speed. An ideal time to catch up on new concepts and get acquainted with the future trends of the world so exciting of gastronomy.

Chef Point is part of the many new features of this edition. A backstage space exclusively reserved for chefs so that they can meet each other, organize talks and presentations, or just rest between courses.

With a lot of glamour and elegance, Francisco Segarra designed a comfortable and functional space at the height of the big Michelin Stars. And when creativity meets the best gastronomy, the result is impressive.

The best vintage aesthetic in a chef point of great character.

Behind the stands, Chef Point is presented as an open space with different areas. The colours and materials come together and Francisco Segarra’s furniture is dressed as a gala to welcome his guests.

Elegance on sofas and velvet armchairs. Nature in rattan chairs and bamboo lamps. Joy in colourful tables and chairs. Furniture brings out its most versatile character to recreate a space that conveys peace and harmony.

Trunks, lamps, bowls, tiffins… The vintage aesthetic prop shows off its ancient features and immerses us in an endearing atmosphere. Here, we get caught up in the place and we feel tucked in. Chefs enjoy a well-deserved rest before returning to the stoves.
