A city, a trip, a great story. All the great feats feature an exciting story, that of Paddy Hogan, owner of Nutbutter, and his executive chef Dave Murray, begins on a research trip to the city of Los Angeles to take inspiration and create a new plant-based healthy eating food concept. A type of diet that includes many unprocessed plant foods, such as vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes.

Affordable, fascinating, and serving the best Irish ingredients that can be served on a plate, Nutbutter, is the genuinely healthiest restaurant in Dublin’s fast food and takeaway scene.

A rustic, bohemian and beach atmosphere that transports us from the east coast of Ireland to the west coast of California.

Geometric designs, oscillating chairs with comfortable cushions, suspended succulent plants, cutlery in rose gold and a beautiful mosaic of stars in a dreamy interior, which, together with raw, natural and sustainable materials such as cane, rattan and reclaimed wood, encourage the organic style that reflects the innovative menu and the spirit of the brand.

Style and substance, a good example of how to successfully marry design and food, in an approach that brings a warmer and more natural aesthetic, detached from the archetype of restaurants based on healthy eating.

If we could see the stars by day and their brightness was not swept away by the luminosity of the Sun, they would be perhaps more subtle, but just as beautiful and amazing. One by one, the eight-pointed stars of the FS Star hydraulically style floor form a pattern of serene beauty, its colours and vintage effect create enveloping and highly creative spaces.

There are only few things more exciting than traveling the world, getting lost in other cultures and getting to know the places through their dishes. Food is a journey through the senses.
