Creative cuisine, innovative place, balanced atmosphere… Blue Fish.

When two totally different cultures intermingle to create new flavours, the result goes beyond a simple combination… Fusion cuisine is a creative, innovative and balanced approach that has been increasing its popularity. Restaurants that opt for this type of cuisine know that dining experiences well deserve an environment to the height.

Decoration and interior design of a restaurant must be the faithful reflection of the values of the brand and to achieve this, there is no better formula than trusting on a good interior design team and a relevant catalogue of restaurant furniture such as Francisco Segarra.

The Blue Fish restaurant stands out for its exquisite Nikkei cuisine and for a bright, comfortable and modern space to which everybody always wants to return. Designed by Sonia Verdú Studio, the place was furnished with chairs and stools by the firm Francisco Segarra.

A fusion restaurant and an atmosphere to be enjoyed.

The Blue Fish restaurant is located in one of the best gastronomic markets in the Valencian Community. Els Magazinos is a place to go for anyone visiting Denia, and our proposal today is among its leisure and catering offers.

The restaurant owners wanted a place that would attract attention and be in line with their Nikkei cuisine. Today, the Japanese-Peruvian fusion of its dishes can be savoured in a pleasant and relaxed space where designer Sonia Verdú embodies the purest essence of the sea.

The inspiration to start this design project was exactly the star product of the restaurant, fish. The blue colour and grandeur of the sea are present in this gastronomic journey that combines the most exquisite Japanese culinary techniques with the profusion and character of Peruvian flavours.

Striking finishes, harmonious effects and accent furniture.

The environment created when designing a restaurant directly influences the perception that customers have. Here, the natural light and the feeling of warmth had to be present to contrast with the iridescence of some finishes and with the touches in neon blue.

At the entrance, a black and white mosaic breaks the monotony of the parquet floor. In the bar counter, silver panels create a wonderful iridescent effect… Distinctive elements that characterize the interior of this restaurant.

Wood, iron, glass, raffia… The combination of materials participates in this excellent work in order to customize a unique style.

The wooden chairs help to create a close and welcoming atmosphere, in a space that puts the accent on the large blue bench. Next to the high tables, metal stools include an exotic touch in the local.

When natural light that enters through the large windows disappears, natural fiber lamps and neutral colours keep the warmth of the environment and help highlight the colours and textures of the wallpaper on one of the walls.

With Blue Fish we repeat the main role played by a good restaurant interior design in every dining experience, we also love discovering new spaces where creativity, innovation and balance always go hand in hand.
