In one of the most beautiful buildings of the exclusive district of Kifissia we find a project brimming with personality.

Located in an old and spectacular mansion and with paradisiacal gardens this incredible restaurant in the cradle of Western civilization shines brightly.

A superb space where many different materials coexist, from the most common to the most artisanal and sophisticated: stone walls, wooden walls, natural bamboo flooring, Indian green marble bars, Levantine tile floors and ceilings with outstanding flower wallpapers and tropical birds.

A flood of scenic light and a beautiful green indoor space adorned with many small lights shining as beautiful fireflies in the garden.

A project that evokes the refinement and majesty of those magical spaces that allow us to look to a distant country to feel everything that makes it so special.

An outburst of beauty and decoration, but with a special aesthetic sense, a real luxury for the senses where our vintage pavement looks in all its splendour.

FS2. The greatness of a ceramic design.

There are tiles that go beyond its utilitarian function to become wall ornaments, and an essential decorative art in ground-breaking spaces like Zambri.

Rocks, sun, and sea… Francisco Segarra evokes the Mediterranean Sea in a ceramic design that conveys the beauty of coastal houses and the colour of the sun and sand.

White, yellow, and cobalt blue… FS2 arises from our passion for tile culture, a kaleidoscope of geometric and colourful shapes to highlight the greatness of Levantine tiles and their ornamental richness.

George Panteloukas is one of Greece’s most prolific talents in interior design. He has been running GJP Design & Construction since 2004, his career has been methodical and extraordinary, 300 projects in less than two decades, with clients in Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, New York, Miami and London, designing all kinds of high-end commercial facilities.

An engineer by profession, he has great love and passion for design and building and enjoys creating different designs in each project.

It is an exciting feeling when your heart and mind match someone. Sometimes you can feel the luxury… in exclusive spaces like Zambri. Finding our designs in inspiring places and meeting people with who we feel a nice complicity is magical for us, and sharing it is a luxury.
