A tavern in the spirit of an emblematic bar.

Sun, tapas, faralaes… Festivity and joy. They are some of the usual clichés about our country and our culture, homeland customs that are part of Spanish history and tourism.

María Falqué and Allan J. Stuart welcome at Casa Lolea the most traditional symbols of Spanish culture and gastronomy, in an exceptional work that we can enjoy Zona Abierta in Proyecto Contract.

Casa Lolea. A tavern in a polka dot dress. An ambitious project that wants, together with the sangria that gives it its name, to spread the Spanish culinary culture which is so rich in high quality dishes and drinks.

Public spaces as the priority.

PROYECTO CONTRACT is the monthly journal about professional interior design applied to retail, hospitality, offices, and public premises. The only publication on the market that delves into the reality of projects for installations discovering the talent, genius and unusual look that reinvents spaces for public use both in Spain and outside our borders.

Decoration of shops, hotels, restaurants, and professional offices. A manual designed and addressed to interior design professionals.

Traditional sangria… Lolea.

Here… it tastes like summer!

The sangria is takes centre stage in summer afternoons, a perfect cocktail at the aperitif time, with meals, in the afternoon and of course in the evenings.

Lolea is an artisan bottled sangria, ideal for drinking at home or at the bar. Wine and fruit with a frizzante touch, served cold with a slice of lemon and another of orange is a refreshing drink related to summer, sun and beach bar.

The brand of infinite polka dots and endless summers has an establishment in Barcelona and another in Madrid redesigned by Maria Flaqué and Allan J. Stuart Asociados, a project that will last over time thanks to its authenticity. Traditional delicatessen shops have been a great inspiration for the design of this space, where family sensations will remain stored in memory.

Traditional floors with essence of the past. FS Espiga.

Take me… to the summer of my memories!

As with flavours, there are elements that can immediately immerse ourselves in that endearing moment of the past. Street plays, refreshing splashes on the river, and long walks through the wheat-planted countryside, clay tiles and spike design make us relive moments we have almost forgotten.

FS Espiga preserves the essence of antique tiles in its vintage detonation, an original repetitive geometric sequence that gives spaces a spontaneous, irresistible, and extroverted character.

Lolea is the personal project of friends who want to share what they like. An outstanding project that pays tribute to friendship, family, festivity, and joy.
