Esplore. A country to taste. A design to fall in love with.

A lover of design and restaurant sector, Francisco Segarra is also a great admirer of the best national and international gastronomy. Sitting around a table and discovering new flavours is part of his constant learning and becomes a real pleasure every day.

A learning and a pleasure that is acutely reflected in each piece of his catalogue of vintage and industrial furniture in order to elevate the design of our restaurants in its maximum beauty and to stimulate more if possible the gastronomic experience.

Going through the rural and the coastal style, Spanish gastronomy is recognized worldwide and many restaurants establishments in our country pay it all the tribute it deserves.

What better than travelling to the capital city to enjoy the best of our land!

Esplore. We rediscover traditional cuisine in a restaurant designed with passion and in one of the most human interior design projects.

Esplore. Rediscovering the always flavours.

Madrid perfectly embodies the image of Spanish culture in all its aspects. Tourism, architecture, museums, local festivities and the best restaurant and cuisine offer in the whole country.

An unconditional meeting point for all food lovers in the city, the Restaurant-Bar-Shop Esplore brings together the best artisanal products from all over the peninsula in a place that seeks to make us rediscover the usual flavours.

Authentic Iberian products from Extremadura, anchovies from Santoña, patés from La Mancha, artisan cheeses or Galician preserves… Sincere and traditional but also innovative and creative cuisine.

Behind the stoves, the raw material is carefully cooked, and, on the plate, the delicacies are tasted without modesty. Esplore is a space to explore the regions of our country, to return to our roots and to feel at home.

Esplore. Designing passion, love, and devotion.

Esplore bets on tradition but also presents itself as a barrier-free space, which promotes the full inclusion of disabled people who make up 70% of its workforce.

Designed with passion, love, and devotion; the restaurant boasts of being made by and for everyone. A project of people for people born of the wonderful purpose of promoting the labour integration of this collective in the restaurant sector.

Carried out by the Eledelucio interior design studio, the main axis of this design is related to accessibility, one of the main pillars on which it supports its philosophy.

With its interior design criteria perfectly adapted to all disabilities, Esplore is an open restaurant for everybody, which has a cosy, bright and friendly atmosphere.

Francisco Segarra. Furniture and ceramics for human and sensitive projects.

Light breaks through the large windows to bathe the space of vigour and energy. White walls and wooden floors further intensify the glare and clarity of the space.

The most human character of the interior design project is easily sensed in the furniture. Aged wooden tables, soft leather stools, padded chairs… Furniture and seating with noble materials and a warm and expressive design.

At the tables, you can taste the best national dishes with a good origin wine of. And behind the small counter, the best traditional products carefully selected are chosen to be taken away.

A beautiful old-ended ceramic is in the whole restaurant. With its blue, white, and yellow tones recreates suggestive nuances that add a vintage rustic touch to the space.

Furniture and ceramics from Francisco Segarra’s vintage industrial catalogue. Collections full of talents and feelings to make possible great interior design projects.

Esplore. Traditional gastronomy, sensitive design, human philosophy. We think it is a restaurant design in Madrid to stand out in a big way.
