Nómada. A gastronomic experience without limits nor end…

Being from here or being from there… what if there was a place in the world for everybody? A special place capable of fading all kinds of frontiers. A shelter for cultural diversity and plurality.

Imagine it for a moment… Its exotic smells. Its disparate sounds. Its vibrant and heterogeneous colours. And its people, so different but so similar at the same time…

No, it’s not a dream or a utopia… This idyllic place is real. And much more than just a space, it is a real journey.

As everyone needs to find their own place, we invite you to share the most bohemian of all restaurant projects. Nómada. An experience without limits nor end…

The Tándem Group and its true passion for restaurant proposals.

Who better than a highly recognized business group with a remarkable experience in the contract sector to create such a specific new gastronomic proposal? Tándem Group and its own restaurant revolution in Zaragoza.

Marengo International Deli, La Boca Mediterranean Deli, Nativo Tradicional Deli… With such extremely attractive designs, its artistic mark is clearly recognisable on every one of its premises.

They have been always attracted by the creation of new business models in this sector, and today their creativity is still more alive than ever. Fusing together passion and talent, they have surprised us again with the recent opening of Nómada Street Food & Deli in Zaragoza’s famous San Francisco square.

Nómada. A stop on the journey, a space that smells of an ideal world.

“Smell of spices, meat, vegetables, world; softened light through the windows; the touch of old wood; the roughness of raw bricks; the expressiveness of a wall worn down by time; the travel diaries of those who have passed by.

Nómada, just like each of the dishes served there. Nómada as each of the details and influences that stay at every corner of the place. Nómada, like today’s digital nomads, new nomads.

Citizens of a globalized world who take advantage of new technologies in order to move, while performing their work throughout the globe, and who take and transport with them the influences and objects of their past experiences as if they were a trail, towards the new destinations they are reaching.

As if it were an unfinished museum, the place aims to remain in constant movement and change, incorporating the different objects, memories, and signatures of those who make their stop on the journey in Nómada.

Nómada is also the place, full of influences from different places and cultures. Lived woods, structural bricks, bare walls, reused doors, textiles with a lot of personality… all together and bathed by a cosy and warm lighting that contributes to the result being a place that transports you through the senses to different parts of the world, and where you find yourself safe from inertia that often forces us to go faster than we would like.

The place, like its menu, breathes Europe, breathes Asia and Africa, breathes North and South America, breathes past and present, tradition and modernity. But it also smells and tastes like Aragon, Zaragoza, nearby and authentic places, their people, and their know-how, that every day do their part to bring a little piece of world to their tables.”

100% FS. Francisco Segarra and his unparalleled designs.

Who better than a leading brand in restaurant furniture and decoration to design from start to finish a restaurant of this scope? Francisco Segarra and his unparalleled style in interior design.

Francisco Segarra himself, restless and with an insatiable appetite for discovery, is a little nomadic. This is reflected by its ambitious, always open, and very innovative character. This is also seen in his own furniture that evokes distant lands and precious horizons.

Nómada was born from there… From shared love for a trade, from the sum of talents, from passion for life in general. Nómada is a world recreated for all. A meeting point, a place of comfort, an impromptu office, a refuge of peace and joy…
