Pico de Gallo is a restaurant establishment with a great visual, conceptual and emotional effect. Through its design, we feel like in an old henhouse that, far from lacking in style, encompasses balance, enthusiasm and beauty.

A rural environment where pieces from the Francisco Segarra catalogue perfectly find their place and bring a wonderful support to recreate an exceptional rustic restaurant décor.

Natural fibres, green colours, open and pure air… We all love an idyllic life! And in the hustle and bustle of the city, it is always useful to know a place where we can find pleasant and healthy moments.

With its rural character and an increasing enthusiasm for the traditional, Pico de Gallo is presented as the best option to meet the local savours and feel close to the warmest and most generous rural values.

With this unmatched concept, La Guindilla, a popular gastronomic group in the Valencian Community, has arrived to the heart of Villareal with the firm intention of becoming the most experiential place in the city.

Entering Pico de Gallo means feeling immediately the sun of a country day, the kind character of its people and the noble look of an old henhouse.

A restaurant with a rustic decoration and a great artisanal gastronomic proposal. In this project, the space wraps us from the first moment and demonstrates that interior design knows no limits in terms of creativity.

Dialoguing with the past, immersing ourselves in nature…

Experts in making real those concepts that are between the emotional and the rational, the design and communication agency Idearideas were in charge of this restaurant design project. Pico de Gallo was born in a building with an important historical heritage, and it challenges modernity.

A henhouse, the country, a cage… Each room represents a rural atmosphere and defines the typical characteristics of farm life. A very interesting challenge that wonderfully stands out thanks to the intense game of colours, materials and textures.

The terracotta shades represent the artisanal work at the crack of dawn while the beige and green ones evoke the straw and the lush that usually embellish the rural landscapes.

Bare walls, exposed bricks, stones, aged Woods, and natural fibres… The elements are noble and do not doubt when showing their strong character in this interior. We can feel in the middle of an old farm that refuses to modernise.

With freshness and naturalness, Francisco Segarra’s chairs display their singular charm through the simplicity of rattan and the special beauty of rustic furniture. A personal and endearing touch that embellishes more, if possible, the whole décor project.

Through its concept, Pico de Gallo makes us become authentic farmers. An exciting experience you can only live thanks to the creativity of a singular and amazing restaurant interior design.
