From a dark tavern to a warm vintage tapas bar restaurant at PLATO PLATÓ.

The enthusiasm in the project of the tapas bar and restaurant PLATO PLATÓ to create something different have turned the project into a place that arouses the interest of anyone who visits it.

Awarded for its cuisine of fresh ideas, with a traditional flavour that does not give up a bold and innovative touch; It has a modern and vintage décor with warm finishes, made by the Sevillian interior designer Mamen Cortés.

The place, an old tavern with lots of darkness, lined with wood; it is now a space with light thanks to its large windows, to the removal of all the wood it had and to its blank brick walls that simulate an old factory.

The open kitchen gives it a fun air, awakening the diner’s five senses by watching the two chefs working there: Manuel Nieto and Manuel Labella, young chefs with a long experience behind them. Nieto has on his résumé the work done in El Bulli and Labella has worked in other countries such as Italy.
