On the shores of the Mediterranean and at the foot of beautiful hills, Villefranche-sur-mer is one of the most prestigious cities on the French Riviera. Crystal clear waters and lush vegetation… A little paradise in one of the most beautiful bays in all of France.

Located on the same beach of Las Marineras, the Espuma restaurant dominates the sea; watching as each wave breaks gently in the fine sand. Relax under the Provence sun of and pleasure for all the senses.

With its transatlantic influences, the space transports us back in time, reaching beyond the ocean. For a moment, we remember the arrival of American sailors on the coast as well as the Golden Age of the Riviera.

Cocktails that taste like tropics, vegetables that fill our dishes of freshness, pizzas that highlight the Mediterranean character and seafood banks that welcome the sea. A menu that is fascinating for its exoticism, for its variety, for its fresh and tasty products.

Colonial decoration and natural furniture for a utopian design.

History and culture dominate this spectacular interior design project carried out by the young and talented Mariana Giuglaris Vannini. With her chic colonial décor, the restaurant travels into foreign lands and explores distant roots.

Inside the restaurant, the bar top imposes its rules amid lush vegetation. Behind the great skylights, we subtly distinguish the chefs who are working in the kitchen.

Space takes us in the middle of the forest or even in the middle of the tropical jungle. Palm trees, vines and birds fill the walls with exotic colours as the imposing columns in apparent stones hold the entire restaurant tightly.

The furniture joins the atmosphere highlighting its best attributes. The nature of the rattan, the smoothness of the wood, the elegance of marble… Tables and chairs to complete a setting that shines brightly and with which we fall in love at first sight.
