The popular chain of pizzerias PIZZART opens new premises in Madrid betting again on the tradition and product authenticity. A new success deeply nourished by talent that boasts the 100% FS seal in the completeness of its interior design.
The name itself of this innovative design project is already a great indicator that everything is held together. Here, art is not limited to only one component, but forms a coherent whole.
Art is in its design, in its organization, in its menu… Art appears among all its walls, in every detail and in every dish. PIZZART is the art of true traditional pizza, well condensed in a space that shines on its own.
Designing lands and flavours…
In their kitchens, the wood-fired oven waits peacefully for the 48 hours of fermentation required to make the best doughs. And meanwhile, in the dining room, everything seems ready for the diner to be carried away by the deep roots to Italian customs.
Yes, in the city centre of Madrid, the flavours taste like mountains, plateaus, and sea. Here, you can feel the olive groves and the Mediterranean vineyards, we are in a pizzeria that, leaving behind the usual stereotypes, immerses us squarely in the heart of the Tuscan lands.
The most authentic and honest industrial vintage style.
The design project carried out by our team of interior designers in Madrid revolved around an old house of Tuscan origin as a source of inspiration. A concept with a lot of charm in a raw, long, and narrow place, which was a real challenge to turn it into a cosy one.
From the first moment, the design focused on respecting the tradition and origin of the product, main values to maintain the dynamics of the space. 150 m2 in which authenticity appears both materially and emotionally.
The bar, the dining room, the toilets… Each corner perfectly simulates the typical pizzerias, but with a point of differentiating elegance and a rebellious and casual touch. The diner, absorbed by every detail, travels fully into Italian flavours and traditions.
Bricks, exposed structures, cements, woods… Everything seems wrapped up in an intense vintage industrial game where the purity of the architecture and the honesty of the materials take precedence over everything else.
PIZZART or how to pay tribute to one of the best cuisines in the world… The creativity of Francisco Segarra and the originality of his line of furniture culminate a project that will mark a before and after in the decoration of pizzerias.
