Restored with the advice of our interior design department, this restaurant is a beautiful example of a slow and respectful decoration. Today, more than ever, sustainable leisure takes center stage.

Tradition is an ongoing creation.

Land of olive trees, carob trees, almond trees, vineyards… Land of more than two centuries of harvest on the shores of the sea and at the foot of the mountain. In a natural enclave of the mountains of Las Palmas desert in Oropesa, we find Masía Bellver; a gastronomic restaurant that perpetuates the history of a dream place.

Because this place is that: a Mediterranean dream faithful to its origins and its people. Here, it connects with the surrounding environment, centuries-old customs are preserved, and an autochthonous and authentic gastronomy is savoured.

Olive oils, rice, maritime flavours… Its menu is inspired by the culinary richness of the region. The product, local and seasonal, is prepared with care, respecting its origin and giving it a more innovative and avant-garde touch.

Tradition is always present as a starting point and engine of the project. It is the main foundation, but it is also the greatest springboard to look to the future from a more creative and lasting perspective.

A deep, ambitious and committed restaurant design.

Masía Bellver was born with the clear intention of opening the way to new proposals, more committed and focused on rest and sustainable leisure. Interior design, in all its variants, is the greatest impulse to be able to fulfil such a purpose.

Nature, gastronomy and a lot of tradition! The space embraces the concept and serves as a reflection to enliven the history of the place. Cozy, warm, nice… The atmosphere is a sign of constant generosity.

Mud floor, wooden beams, white walls… The whole restaurant looks renovated but maintains its authenticity intact through historical elements such as the Moorish oven, a well and an oil mill.

The furniture stands out with noble materials such as aged wood or natural fibers. All very neutral, soft and natural to further strengthen the connection with the surrounding environment.

Ideate, plan, create, furnish… This restaurant project has been carried out from the pillars of professional interior design; always guided by the team of decorators of Francisco Segarra.
