Our find today is pure character and creativity. Rooftop Smokehouse. A craft shop where passion, tradition and talent merge to create a unique product. And all this wrapped by the unmistakable vintage style of our brand. Without a doubt, this space is a delight for the senses.

Rooftop Smokehouse. An authentic temple of the smoke!

To find beautiful, special and unique things, you have to know how to look for them. And that’s why is no coincidence that Rooftop Smokehouse is located in a beautiful backyard, in the old doll factory Lehman, in the Eixample of Barcelona.

A bucolic, silent, idyllic place… Here, the smoked becomes art and the product becomes a real desired object. Once you have found this beautiful place, we get amazed by the good vibe felt in this wonderful project.

At the head, Buster Turner and Carla Rodalimans say that the idea arose among good friends, pastrami, and an empty wine barrel. Since then, they haven’t stopped smoking, fermenting, pickling, curing, and experimenting to offer us exquisite delicacies.

Inside this craft store, smoke and wood are the great protagonists. And also, patience, pampering and respect for raw material. Avoiding any industrial process, Rooftop Smokehouse has inside all the essence and character of a traditional shop.

Who says traditional, says endearing…

As if it were a temple, the shop captivates us from the first moment. As soon as we enter, we are greeted by an old industrial brick fireplace that is still in operation and that tells us that, here, nothing is put at random.

Because the decoration of this place envelops the initial concept at all times. Behind the counter full of the house’s specialties, antique furniture begins to unfold its own magic…

Aged, backlit and so endearing. With their enormous emotional charge, they bring best warmth to the space and remind us that, in this store, tradition reigns above all.

And even the floor is part of this constant intention to evoke the past and awaken our most nostalgic side. Under our feet, beautiful hydraulic ceramic tiles are responsible for enveloping the whole atmosphere and, through the beautiful stars, make the space shine with its own light.
