Interior design is a key piece in any project. Through different aesthetic criteria, we encourage the creation of a safe and functional atmosphere, but we also favour both the physical and the emotional wellbeing.

The following 100% FS project is presented a real twist in house design. El Limonar is a wish, an illusion, and a dream made true. We enter into every room, into every detail and in the very heart of a space that shines by itself.
It fits like a glove…
El Limonar project is the whole refurbishment of a house located in a small town near Gijón.
Cristian Pastrana, a young businessman who likes well done things, wanted to turn this place into his own home and for it, he trusted on Francisco Segarra’s interior design department.
A challenge that was carried out with a detailed work of design in line with the owner’s tastes. The main goal? Creating beautiful environments where he could feel good without leaving out the comfort of a home and the functionality of the spaces.
The name of the project is due to the great amount of lemon trees planted on this land. The property has always been recognized with that name. A beautiful story that allowed us to choose the lemon as the main stylistic language for the complete refurbishment of the house.
El Limonar. Energy, freshness and most light…
The outdoor areas were on the starting point of the whole project. A garden, a fire pit area, a chill out corner, a swimming pool… All were exclusively thought for a 100% socialization use.
The different spaces speak the same language, but following a bit brutalist line with certain touches that evoke the charm of the countryside. The furniture, the materials, the lighting and the different decorative details perfectly recreate an authentic paradise in the open air.
Then, a small reception area to get a taste for what we will find inside this house, connecting the outdoors with the indoors. And as we enter, we can feel the warmth of home.
The dining room, with an open kitchen, is a real burst of freshness where everything has its reason to be. Materials, custom-made furniture, unique lamps, warm fabrics, dry and lyophilized plants, art on the walls… A place full of life that becomes elegant and sophisticated from its simplicity and humility.
In the same line, the bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper floor follow that minimalist trend with a design thought for the personal well-being. Clay wall coverings, natural fibres, soft light… Here calm and stability take on prominence.
Designing a house onthe 100% FS label…
El Limonar is first and foremost a relationship of trust between a client and a team of decorators ready to make a dream come true. Many things have been planned, thought and pampered to achieve a simply outstanding result.
In addition to the pieces chosen from Francisco Segarra and Ofelia Home & Decor catalogues, different pieces have been chosen to enhance the style and to fulfil with the necessities of the project.
A handmade wall lamp, a chair and a ceiling lamp designed specifically for this place, a console table and some mirrors with light changes and, as an ending gift, an artistic painting made by Francisco Segarra and belonging to his brand FS Experience.
A special essence, a generous style and a creative freedom. That’s Francisco Segarra’s vision of home interior design. El Limonar joins those residential projects that, in the twinkling of an eye, touch our soul and heart.
