Interior designs tell wonderful stories that at Francisco Segarra we love to make known. Projects that reveal an enormous creative ability to conceive unique spaces we fall in love with at first sight.

“Once upon a time…” Following the Grimm brothers’ wonderful tales, we have travelled to Berlin to get lost in a unique restaurant called Ilsebill where beautiful stars shine.

Ilsebill. A restaurant with a magical interior, typical of a fairy tale.

Behind every interior project, there is hard previous work with a great deal of inspiration. Finding an idea is perhaps the hardest thing… That’s why we’re fascinated to see how great professionals are able to unleash their imagination and materialize it in out-of-the-ordinary spaces.

Entering Ilsebill is like entering the bowels of a fairy tale… The renowned tale “The Fisherman and His Wife” written by the Grimm brothers was the main source of inspiration for the design of this original restaurant. An ambitious and most creative conception that manages to transport us in the fabulous magical world of story literature.

Located in Berlin’s Kastanienalle district, Ilsebill is presented as a restaurant serving European cuisine with Arab influences. Vegetarian and vegan dishes, meat, and fish specialties… Under the same culinary service, its gastronomic offer will seduce all kinds of palates.

A refined menu for all tastes, an atmosphere to disconnect and a new experience to enjoy leisurely. Undoubtedly, diners will not be able to resist Ilsebill’s spell…

FS Star. The brightness of interior design projects.

The dim light immerses us fully in a charming and somewhat mysterious setting. The bright red of a luminous label hanging on the wall places us in the restaurant. We are entering the wonderful world of Ilsebill…

Thanks to the brick walls, the interior takes on a marked vintage style. Wooden tables and chairs, benches with upholstered cushions, antique pictures and mirrors, floral wallpaper… Without any pretence, the decoration itself recreates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

All the magic and charms of this restaurant rest on a beautiful starry floor. A hydraulic-type floor that flashes in its wake. FS Star. The famous tiles belonging to FS by Peronda collection make this excellent restaurant project shine big.

Ilsebill is a restaurant that tells a beautiful story, full of light and illusion. It is a real pleasure for us to share it with all décor and design lovers…

It is also a pride to see that the industrial vintage aesthetic of our tiles plays a great role when professional designers make such a beautiful story real in a magical interior, worthy of the best fairy tales.
