Asador Torre de Gallarín. A restaurant with memories from the past.

In the past, the space was a stable for the cattle, it had an inner area and one outside area. After the dawn of globalization and the substitution of animals in the work of the countryside, the place became a multipurpose space as if it was a woodshed, a storage and a butchering house at a time when this meant the livelihood of families for much of the year.

The main challenge of this refurbishment has been to adapt it to our times without spoiling all its roots. A delicate design work carried out by Jesús Torres from the studio Jesús Torres Chicote – interior design.

The grill-restaurant is a place to enjoy from the first moment, an essential space in Casa Manuel de la Capilla. As soon as we enter, we are caught in a rustic atmosphere exalted by rough furniture and vintage tiles. Designs by Francisco Segarra in favour of the spaces with memories from the past.

A rustic space, a vintage aesthetic, a grill-restaurant full of personality.

Under the high-rise walls, the best products in this region are cooked in the kitchen and at the bar, which take up much of the space and are seen from any dining area.

A rustic dining room furnished with brown leather chairs, sturdy wooden tables and an iron sofa with wheels which brings an industrial touch. Doris, Cleo, Inma. Warmth and a bucolic atmosphere in a very endearing place.

Nature enters the space through small vertical gardens, a nod to the surroundings of the region. At the top of the bathrooms, a room immerses us in a retro vintage 30s decoration.

Asador Torre de Gallarín has two entrances, one by a small street of the town of Arbuniel and another by the courtyard of Casa Manuel de la Capilla. Both spaces recreate a magnificent rural resort to live unforgettable experiences.

Paying homage to the history of an entire family isn’t an easy task. The grandeur of this design makes it possible. The décor conveys and attracts. A vintage décor that we share with passion.
